OUR SERVICES

Our services include full placement service and introduction to aged care advice only meetings.  Both services include a confidential meeting where we come to you to discuss individual care needs including government funded respite and permanent care throughout all of Queensland.

Aged Care Choices provides a fully disclosed, fixed fee – no hidden costs.

We can provide face to face meetings between Gympie to the Tweed and Toowoomba however we also offer zoom meetings to facilitate urgent requirements.

With our full placement service, we take care of all application paperwork including compilation of lifestyle and care need requirements to find the care solution most suited to your loved one.  Explaining the importance of an Enduring Power of Attorney or how to make a QCAT application for Guardianship as these documents are required by aged care homes.

Aged Care Choices will liaise with hospitals and aged care providers on your behalf to find timely placement.  We stay in touch after placement as it often takes time for both the new resident and their family to adjust to the changed circumstances.

We can assist with Centrelink/DVA financial forms however Aged Care Choices has access to expert aged care financial advisors that can work with you to maximise benefits and minimise your costs.
